Is a Physician with specialty in Otolaryngology, staff at Angeles Hospital Tijuana, Mexico, pioneer in clinical research of stem cell therapy in Mexico with more than 6 years in clinical research in this field. It´s a member of both the College and Counsel of Regenerative medicine and Cellular Therapy in Mexico, has a background as a Clinical Scientist in Molecular Biology in Cancer research has been part of the Investigational Review Board at Angeles Hospital Tijuana since 2008, clinical trial administrator in 2012 by University California, San Diego, California. Has lead efforts in clinical Trials in Mexico for Stem Cells in Arthritis with Cell Group at Angeles Hospital Tijuana.

Has developed stem cell therapies for various types of chronic degenerative diseases and cellular therapies in cancer. He is also working on a small molecule for Cancer therapies and Regenerative Medicine, has give lectures in Mexico for physicians, and government for the approval of clinical trials and attended international meeting in Mexico, Europe, USA, Cuba.
